CALLING 1) Is there a toll-free number? 2) Is that number manned by people familiar with our specific laptop program? 3) Are representatives available 7 days a week? 4) What is the guaranteed response time for a call, e-mail and/or emergency page? 5) What happens if the guarantee response time is not met?
DELIVERY 1) Will the partner provide a “custom image” to make school connectivity easier? 2) Will the partner work with the school to set an ordering cut-off and delivery timeline? 3) What happens if the delivery time is not met?
REFERENCES 1) What other “laptop school” references does the partner have? 2) What other business does the partner do, and will it detract from the focus on your program? 3) Have there been any complaints about lack of response? 4) Have orders in previous years been delivered late?
